When selling on a commission basis, it is not practical to list items that can not reach a minimum sale price of at least $25.00.

Our commission is 32.5% of the final sale value of the item. If any single item sells for over $1000.00, the percentage will drop to 27.5 % on any amount over the first $1000.00,. Many of our buyers pay through credit cards using PayPal and many items are sold to over-seas buyers who use Paypal. Paypal rates are much higher for overseas transactions.These PayPal service fees are covered through our commission.

We research the most recent online sales (last 30 days) of items sililar to yours. We look at two things,

1). Actual Sale Price

2). If sold at auction, what was the STARTING BID of the most successful sales.

We pattern our auctions after the ones that bring the highest end sale price. If you want to use a higher starting bid than the one we have found to be most successful in bringing the best end sale price, then we require $15 per item before listing. This is fully refundable if the item sells using the start price pf your choosing..

Cleaning is an additional service. Whether it is silver, china or any thing else, it will bring a better price if it looks as good as possible for photographing. Dirt, Dust, Tarnish & Grime will show up on items when the pictures are taken. If you are unable to clean items due to lack of time or physical condition, we can clean / polish an item before photographing for you, but since this requires extra time and effort on our part please be aware that Commission rates are 40% on items requiring cleaning in order to be sold.

If it doesn't sell, we don't get paid! This inspires us to do the very best job we can in selling your items!!

All online sales sites are service providers, and they charge us for the privilege of listing through their service. Most of these fees are very small but they add up for us due to volume. Our clients are responsible for the fees that are incurred while attempting to sell their items.
